Vancouver Island University has been offering selected Bachelor’s degree programs since 1989.

Transfer Options
Students can also complete one or two years of many university degree programs and transfer to the University of British Columbia, University of Victoria, Simon Fraser University and University of Northern British Columbia, as well as other Canadian universities to complete their undergraduate degree requirements. Examples of University Transfer options include:
- Bachelor of Commerce—Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Bachelor of Education—NITEP – Elementary & Secondary
- Bachelor of Fine Arts—Theatre
- Bachelor of Music—Classical
