Outside Tier System
Advertising requests not falling within the parameters of the Three Tier system should be submitted on a Communications job request form. These exceptional requests will be managed by the Communications office and must include the submitting department’s cost centre.
A job request is considered a call for action, if cost estimates are required before an ad is placed, a specific request should be made to that effect.
