Facilities
Students enrolled in ENGR 199 and second-year engineering courses will have access to two main facilities operated by the Department of Physics, Engineering, and Astronomy.
Engineering Lab (Bldg 315/Rm 114) is a joint laboratory/classroom for engineering and 2nd year Physics classes. It has been recently renovated for use by engineering students and includes electronic workstations, internet-enabled computers, and electronic parts access for special projects. This room is available to students off-hours with card access (8am to 10pm).

Machine shop (Rm 201/Bldg 315) is accessible by students (once cleared for use) and consists of equipment that can be used for individual and group projects.
