Resources for Employers

  • Co-operative Education provides employers with an on-line job posting form and a job posting form that can be printed from a web browser. For more information concerning education-related employment, you can call the Campus Career Centre 250-740-6420. 
  • CAIA Career Focus Program: The Canadian Aquaculture Industry Alliance (CAIA) will provide a 30% wage contribution to a maximum of $7,000 per intern for Canadian businesses hiring graduates for a minimum of six months under this program.
  • Canada Summer Jobs: A new initiative sponsored by HRSDC, provides wage subsidies to help Canadian employers of not-for-profit, public sector, and smaller private sector organizations with 50 or fewer employees create career-related summer jobs for students between the ages of 15 and 30 at the start of employment.
