Biography:
Ms. Munroe is currently a Ph.D. student at the University of British Columbia majoring in Animal Science in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences. Daphne is studying an aspect of shellfish aquaculture and is working closely with the Centre for Shellfish Research (CSR) at Vancouver Island University. Her research focuses on the effects of intertidal clam netting on recruitment levels of bivalves. Daphne is also co-teaching Aqua 222 Larval Rearing and Invertebrate Culture with Dr. Pennell in the Fisheries and Aquaculture department.Courses Taught:
