The site is maintained by Dr. Patrick Dunae at Vancouver Island University. He directed the research projects featured here and provided some editorial assistance to contributors. The research itself, however, was carried out entirely by senior undergraduate History students at VIU. Their scholarship provides the foundation for this web site.

Chuck MacQuarrie, a VIU alumnus and principal of Spillin' Media, designed the web site.Marianne van Toor, former Director of Communications and Public Relations, Vancouver Island University, facilitated the project.
