Spring 2010 Service Hours
- January 4 - April 23 ~ 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
- April 26 - 30 ~ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- closed April 2 (Good Friday) & April 5 (Easter Monday)
A variety of multimedia equipment is available (see list below) for short-term loan to faculty, staff and students for Vancouver Island University course and business related purposes.
Students require an authorization form signed by their instructor to borrow all equipment (except audio cassette recorders). This form is available at the Equipment Loan counter, or use the links below.
For advice on which equipment is best for your project/event please visit in person or call 250-740-6329.
- Loan period is 24 hours or from Friday to Monday with the following exception - *Student loans of laptops and data projectors are limited to four hours on-campus use only.
- *A VIU/MUC ID card number is required to book equipment
- *All borrowers must present their valid VIU or MUC Employee/Student ID Card in person in order to pick up equipment.
- *It is recommended you book at least 24 hours ahead; online, by phone, email or in person-- resources are limited!
**Online booking requests are processed Monday - Friday 8 am - 3 pm.
