Procedure: 44.12.001
STATEMENT:
| On the Nanaimo Campus, between Building 200 and 300 in the main courtyard of the University-College, three official flags shall be flown: | ||
| a. | Canadian Flag; | |
| b. | British Columbia Provincial Flag; | |
| c. | Malaspina University-College Flag; | |
| d. | The flag of a visiting dignitary (where applicable). | |

Flags may also be displayed elsewhere on any campuses where flagpoles exist. The Director, Facilities Services and Campus Development is responsible to ensure: |

| a. | that flags are flown in accordance with this policy; | |
| b. | the safe custody of the flags; and | |
| c. | any arrangements regarding their raising and lowering. | |
